The Briza Beach Resort, Samui - Sha Plus Chaweng , Chaweng (Koh Samui)

I'm quite torn about my stay here. On one hand, the location is peaceful and the resort has a lovely atmosphere. However, the experience was marred by numerous issues with the room and some aspects of service. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed overall.

I recently stayed at The Briza and while the jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice touch, the overall experience fell short. The location requires a bit of a walk to get to the center and the beach isn't great right in front of the hotel. The hotel did have some friendly staff, but it was let down by poor reception service and the overall state of the facilities.

Our stay at The Briza Beach Resort was a memorable one, with private plunge pools and lovely villa layouts that made our experience enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. While the beach wasn’t the best for swimming due to murky waters, the calm atmosphere and proximity to the nightlife made up for it. The breakfast had a good variety, but I found the British-style options lacking, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a delightful time at Briza, where the beautiful surroundings and the immaculate cleanliness really made an impression. The staff was genuinely attentive, making my stay feel special. However, there were some maintenance issues that dampened the experience, and the beach condition could be improved. Overall, it was a comfortable stay filled with great views and good service.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, with the highlight being the spacious and well-maintained rooms, especially the villa with a private pool. The beach location was also fantastic, providing a perfect escape for relaxation. However, I encountered some service issues during my visit that could use improvement, like maintenance and communication. Overall, it's a lovely resort that I would recommend to friends.
